Lumo can also determine when a visual would make an answer clearer, automatically adding charts, metrics, dashboards, summaries, or callouts. Users can refine visualizations, ask follow-up questions, compare perspectives, and explore new trends without restarting the analysis. The feature also works with market insights, industry data, and public information. The company emphasizes that Lumo uses no-logs infrastructure and zero-access encryption, keeping chats, uploads, and generated visuals accessible only to the user, and this data is never used to train AI models.
