PopClip 2026.7 adds iCloud sync, revamped actions' list, and improved extension management

PopClip 2026.7 has been released as the latest version of this macOS utility that appears when you select text in any app, giving you instant access to useful actions. This release, which arrives a few days after PopClip's 15th birthday, introduces iCloud sync, allowing users to synchronize installed extensions, action layouts, and settings across all their Macs. This update also includes secure syncing of per-action secrets such as sign-ins and API keys using the iCloud Keychain. Building on these syncing capabilities, PopClip now supports multiple instances of the same extension. Each instance operates as a unique action with individual settings and icons. Actions can be organized into folders, which appear as submenus in the PopClip bar, and separators can be added between actions for clearer workflows.
