Blender 5.2 LTS brings node-based physics, online asset libraries, and new fill algorithm

Blender 5.2 LTS has been released as the latest stable version of the free and open source 3D creation software. Standing out for long-term productions, this release offers two years of official support, with updates available through July 2028. Geometry Nodes play a central role in Blender 5.2 LTS, introducing an experimental procedural physics system for hair and cloth simulations, new node types, and Compositor support for string nodes.
