Craft’s latest update delivers a major overhaul to task management by introducing a unified “All tasks” view that displays every task across your documents in one comprehensive list. This gives users a complete overview of their scheduled and unscheduled work without switching between documents. Building on this, users can now switch between four tailored task views: Inbox, Today, Upcoming, and All Tasks. Each offers its own options for sorting, grouping, and filtering, while important documents can be pinned for quick access. To streamline bulk actions, Craft now supports multi-select, allowing users to select multiple tasks by dragging on Mac or swiping on iPhone and iPad. Once selected, tasks can be rescheduled, assigned deadlines, or marked complete simultaneously using the context menu or an on-screen toolbar.
