I am saying this as someone who has been in #AI for a long time. There is good possibility or from the field. But not like it is being done now. All the money and attention swamped by manipulative addiction loop against false growth goals and optimisation. We need to accept the failure of LLMs (as well as right sizing the smaller number of successes into sustainable and robust use) and continue the research into different and better. I am fed up. This current timeline is not satisfactory.
