Half the agent demos I see solve the wrong layer. Execution was already cheap. The expensive part, deciding what to build, the agent skips or fakes. Speed at the layer that was already fast isn't the win it looks like.#AI #AIAgents #SoftwareEngineering #Leadership #BuildInPublic
