#LegalEthics Tidbit: Can the government cite fake #AI cases against me in immigration proceedings? An ICE detainee filed a petition for habeas corpus with the W.D. Michigan federal court. In response to the court’s show cause order, the Government relied on the 6th Cir. case of Taylor v. Hott, 724 F. App’x 387.
