Wine 11.13 boosts input pointer support, X11 keyboard scancode mapping & FFmpeg on ARM64EC

Wine 11.13 is now available, offering an updated compatibility layer for running Windows applications and games on Linux, macOS, and BSD systems. This release delivers expanded support for input pointers, improving interaction with applications that rely heavily on mouse and pointer events. Following these user interface enhancements, Linux users on X11 benefit from improved keyboard scancode mapping, which allows for more accurate and reliable keyboard input in Windows programs.
